A wider distribution/spreading of refugees and immigrants over the country as a whole means that an increasing number of libraries will have to concentrate on the new user g roup and any special needs. Two seasoned immigrant librarians are at the moment travelling round the country to advise other librarians on amongst other things choice of materials and consequence pedagogics.
