Eva Haga Rogneflåten became a librarian in 1987 and has since acquired
further qualifications in management.
In 2000 she obtained a position with the Norwegian Directorate for
Public Libraries and now works as an adviser at the Norwegian Archive,
Library and Museum Authority, where her special area of responsibility
is children and young people.
In 2003 she acted as co-ordinator with regard to applications submitted
to the National Program for Arts and Culture in Education for projects related
to promoting reading skills and literature.
